Tasting notes
The color is pale yellow with bright hues and subtle hints of green. The nose reveals typical citrus notes (lemon, lime, and grapefruit) and exotic aromas (passion fruit). The palate is fresh and lively, with a smooth finish that carries the citrus flavors beautifully.

Aged for 12 months, its maturation follows a unique three-part process: half in second-use barrels to bring subtle oak complexity, one-third in concrete eggs or vats to enhance freshness and purity, and one-third in 800L amphorae to refine texture and depth. This meticulous ageing method results in a wine of remarkable elegance, structure, and authenticity.

Deep ruby color. Elegant with notes of spices, cloves, and toasted co ee and vanilla. Complex palate, with a generous mouthfeel. Good tannic structure. The combination of vanilla and spice.
